Return and Refund Policy

At H.M. Tiles & Flooring, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy to understand your rights and our practices regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Returns due to buyer's remorse are not accepted.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or special-order items.
Clearance or final sale items.
Items that have been installed or used.

1.3 Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your returned items.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2.2 Refund Process:

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

2.3 Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@hmtilesandflooring.ca or (905) 624-9009.

3.2 Exchange Process:

Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
